This is an update to my previous review submitted around 8/9/22. After speaking with the owner I explain my concern and I was able to send a picture of the flowers my recipient received. Once reviewed it was determined a mistake was made and apologies given. My issue was resolved very quickly. My recipient was very much pleased with the new arrangements , so was I. I thank them for handling this in a timely manner and I appreciate the professional way it was taken care of. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
