The recipients loved them! They were elegant! I want sure what the upgrade would be. White French tulips were added which added more white and there were no pine cones so the arrangement was pretty white. Specify a color if that's what you are looking for. I have been sending the recipients flowers for year and this was the first with petals and they were delighted.
